Booking a flight
How to book a flight
You can buy flights via one of the following methods:
- Buy online through this site using our secure online sales system
- Book through the Customer Call Centre
- By visiting your local travel agent
Flybe and franchisees make every effort to operate to their published schedules. There are occasions however, where it is not possible to do so and a flight may be delayed or cancelled.
This notification informs you of your rights under EC Regulation No 261/2004 should this happen; it does not give you any additional contractual rights. This law is applicable to all passengers departing from an airport within the EU and to all passengers travelling into an EU Member State on an EU carrier unless they have received assistance in the country of departure. It is the operating carrier's responsibility to meet these requirements.
In the event that Flybe or one of its franchise partners fail to operate to schedule meaning a connection booked as part of a Flybe Connection is missed, then we will make every effort to reacommodate passengers onto the nearest available flight.
Bookings made through this internet site or the Flybe Customer Call Centre will be made, where possible, on an e-ticket (electronic ticket). This means you will not be issued a paper ticket for travel.
We do not sell refundable fares. Any tax redemption on unused tickets will incur a €30 administration fee per person per sector.
Booking review period
Flybe offer a 24 hour booking review period within which, and if Flybe deem that an error has been made by the booker when making the booking, at Flybe's discretion a change may be made to the booking without incuring the standard change fees.
